Prof. Dr. Boussad Abbes

Prof. Boussad ABBES is a Professor of Mechanical and Materials Engineering at the Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne (URCA, France) and Director of the Materials and Mechanical Engineering Laboratory (MATIM), where he leads research on the mechanics, characterization, and modelling of advanced materials and structures. His research spans composite materials, including fiber-reinforced polymers and bio-sourced composites, as well as numerical modelling of heterogeneous material behavior and structural mechanics. His work encompasses both experimental characterization and computational simulation to understand and improve performance of composite systems for engineering applications.
